Customer Service

We (Thomas Cook Airlines UK Ltd), a member of the Thomas Cook group of companies) are delighted to take part in this voluntary commitment to deliver quality customer service to all our passengers.

The 14 commitments set out in this document cover a passenger's total experience before, during and after air travel. We are a 'leisure charter airline' and most of our passengers are holidaymakers travelling with tour operators such as Thomas Cook Holidays, JMC, Sunset, Club 18-30, Style Holidays and Neilson Holidays. For this reason, the commitments that were written with scheduled airlines in mind do not apply directly to airlines such as ours. The tour operator's responsibilities are more clearly defined in the Package Travel Regulations.

We and the tour operators will continue to find out your views and introduce new measures to provide excellent service throughout your holiday experience.
