The below information is only applicable to a Thomas Cook Airlines flights.

Use our new online check-in service. This means when you arrive at the airport, simply drop off your bag in the designated 'bag drop' area and you're on your way! This is for flights travelling outbound from the UK only from the following airports:

Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester, Newcastle and Bournemouth.

Please note: You must have already purchased 'Choose Your Seat' (within a Bundle package or separate) on your booking to be able to use the Check-in on-line service.

You must also have already provided your Advanced Passenger Information to be able to check-in on-line. (This applies even if Advanced Passenger Information is not required for the destination you are travelling to)

If you decide not to use this service then you will need to check-in at the airport as normal, at least two hours before your flight (3 hours for long haul flights). In addition, online check in opens from 7 days before your departure date.

Please note: All flights close up to 3 working days (not including Saturdays and Sundays). Online check-in available from selected UK airports and not for U.S.A and Banjul flights.
