The minimum time you can pre-book Oxygen for a flight is 21 days before your scheduled date of departure. Any time within this will not be possible.

For safety reasons customers are not permitted to carry their own Oxygen for on-board use. Additional Oxygen can be provided on flights with Thomas Cook Airlines.

Please note: Any flights more than 5 hours in duration will not be able to provide Oxygen at all.

On Thomas Cook Airline flights, only 1passenger per flight can be carried who requires additional Oxygen. We therefore strongly recommend that you contact the Oxygen Team on 01274 384 767 before confirming your booking so that your reqirements can be discussed.

Once your booking is confirmed the Oxygen Team will need your Doctors name, the name of the surgery you attend and a fax number for your doctor. 1 month before your scheduled date of departure your doctor will be contaced for further information.

If the advice is; Oxygen is only needed as a Cautionary (as and when needed) then no charge will be made. If the advice is; Oxygen is needed as Continous (for the duration of the flight) then a charge of £100.00 per flight will be made.
