Lost baggage
If any baggage should go missing, we will make every effort to recover the missing item as quickly as possible, as we know how important this is to you. Please inform our handling agent in the arrivals hall if you have a lost or damaged baggage. Your baggage will be returned to you as soon as possible, at a time of your convenience.
In the event that you discover any damage to your baggage or its contents, you must notify us of such damage within seven (7) days of your arrival.
