Right shoulder lift
Lift the right shoulder as high as possible, trying to get as close to
the right ear as possible.
Hold for three seconds, then relax.
Left shoulder lift
Now lift the left shoulder as high as possible towards the left ear.
Hold for three seconds and relax.
